Results from the MIRACLE project will be presented at the Optical Society of America (OSA) international Biophotonics congress: Optics in the Life Sciences in Tucson, Arizona, United States from April 14-17, 2019. Dr. Rubina Shaikh and Dr. Ervin Nippolainen will present results from the MIRACLE consortium research groups of University of Eastern Finland, University of Oulu as well as ArtPhotonics and Ulm University.
The OSA congress brings together leaders in the field whose contributions are significantly advancing the state of the art in biological and medical research through the use of optical technologies. The latest advances in probe development, life sciences imaging, novel and more powerful optical instrumentation and its application to study fundamental biological processes and clinical investigations will be presented in this OSA congress.
The comparison studies on Mid-infrared (MIR) and Near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy of articular cartilage tissue degradation will be presented. Dr. Rubina Shaikh and Dr.Ervin Nippoilainen invite you to attend the presentations and discuss results after the sessions.
